E8 OF 2025 By Anna Ndanya Nzumbi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzumbi Munuve, who died at Matuu Nursing Home, on 28th September, 1997. CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2025 By (1) Sabina Samuel Mulyungi and (2) Stephen Mulyungi Samuel, both of P.O. Box 159–90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mulyungi Ndungu alias Samuel Mulyungi Ngungu, who died at Mwingi, on 22nd June, 2004. CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2025 By John Kakenga Kyondo, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muia Peter alias Muiya Kyundo Sila, who died at Mwingi Hospital in Kenya, on 4th November, 2006 CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2025 By (1) Regina Syevutha Matiti and (2) Rachel Mumbi Mwendwa, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Matiti Ndolo, who died at Nzauni Sub-location, on 12th January, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
