E164 OF 2025 By Silas Kimathi M’Mwitari, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evangeline M’Riitwa, who died at Meru Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 21st August, 2014. CAUSE NO. E167 OF 2025 By Doris Gacheri Thuranira, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Muguna M’Itiri alias Wollence Gitonga Ithiri, who died at Njotene, on 16th November, 2007. CAUSE NO. E198 OF 2025 By (1) Rosemary Kinaitore and (2) Rebecca Kanjira Joseph, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ibiiri M’Kuruki alias Ibiiri Kuruki, who died at Kagiju, on 26th December, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
