TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E199 OF 2025 By (1) Mercela Kinya Mwiti and (2) Nicholas Muriithi Mwiti, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Mwiti M’Inoti, who died at Kiirua Hospital in Kenya, on 18th July, 2018. CAUSE NO. E209 OF 2025 By Beth Nduta Kamunde, of P.O. Box 30, Kenol in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miru Kairanya, who died at Kirumi Location, on 13th February, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
