TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 253 OF 2024 By Elizabeth Waithera, of P.O. Box 1585–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Victor Njuguna Nyaga, who died at Covid Treatment Centre, Westlands, on 27th September, 2020. CAUSE NO. 42 OF 2025 By Jackson Kamau Kinyua, of P.O. Box 29191–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kinyua Kamau, who died at Mairo-Inya, on 1st February, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
