TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E100 OF 2025 By (1) Grace Wangari Gichohi, (2) Ephraim Gichohi Wakanene and (3) James Wahome Wakanene, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harun Wakanene, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 20th May, 2020. CAUSE NO. E140 OF 2025 By Rose Wanjiru Ndungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndungu Njoroge, who died at Kiaora, on 26th April, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
