TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E319 OF 2025 By Justus Ngugi, of P.O. Box 52, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beth Wangui Mbugua alias Mbugua Ngugi, who died at Lumino Nursing Home, on 24th March, 2007. CAUSE NO. E525 OF 2025 By (1) Cleophas Lipwoni Muchiti, (2) Harriet Shikhoyi Lipwoni and (3) Rose Naliaka Amayeye, all of P.O. Box 1281, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s father, widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ladislaus Lichoti Lipwoni, who died at Shivagala Sub-location, on 28th January, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
