TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2025 By (1) Alphonce Kyalo Kilonzo and (2) Peninah Nthenya Kimenzu, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kilonzo Lali, who died at Kiseveni, Kivandini, on 14th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2025 By (1) Raphael Kasyula Muthuku, (2) Elizabeth Nzakwa Mulandi and (3) Kanini Mumo, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthuku Kitenye, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 6th January, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
