TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2025 By (1) Victor Ochieng Agang and (2) Gregory Nashon Oyoo, both of P.O. Box 87–50400, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beliah Nyakowa Agang’, who died at Kaaani, Arthi River, on 17th November, 2023. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2025 By (1) Teresina Juma Wanyangu and (2) Annah Aoko Aluora, both of Box 216, Bumala in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanyangu Oduya Ndubi, who died at Esikoma Sub-location, on 28th February, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
