TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2025 By (1) Malcom Wachira Gichengo and (2) Emily Waamboi Karigo, both of P.O. Box 80678, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Dominic Wachira Gichengo, who died at Ahmedabad, India, on 27th March, 2025. CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2025 By Cathrine Kuthii Njagi alias Cathrine Njagi White, the deceased’s administratix, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher John White, who died at Teknon Medical Center, Carrer Villana, Barcelona, on 23rd October, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
