THE LABOUR RELATIONS ACT

AMENDMENT

NOTICE is given to all members of the Kenya Union pf Post Primary Education Teachers pursuant to section 27 (4) of the Labour Relations Act, 2007 that a notice of amendment of the constitution and Rules (Form I) in relation to the Union has been received. Any member who has any objection to the proposed amendments/changes to the constitution of the Union is required to submit in writing any such objection within twenty-one days (21) days from the date hereof.
