REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Maina Munyoro (ID/9857072), of P.O. Box 263, Gatuanyaga in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.03 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Loc. 7/Ichagaki/3912, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing and all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
