NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 11th February, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 817, in Volume DI, Folio 39/326, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Anthony Ndungu Kariuki, formerly known as Antony Ndung’u Kariuki, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Antony Ndung’u Kariuki, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Anthony Ndungu Kariuki, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Anthony Ndungu Kariuki only.
