NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th January, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 108, in Volume D1, Folio 15/126, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Eric King’ori Macharia, of P.O. Box 406, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Eric Ligina Lumbasio, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Eric Ligina Lumbasio, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Eric King’ori Macharia, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Eric King’ori Macharia only.
