NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 6th February, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 583, in Volume D1, Folio 353/3091, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Anish Doshi, formerly known as Anish Maheshkumar Doshi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Anish Maheshkumar Doshi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Anish Doshi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Anish Doshi only.
