NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th December, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 591, in Volume D1, Folio 14/118, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Rhoda Msae Borck, of P.O. Box 86693– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Rhoda Clemence Msae, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Rhoda Clemence Msae, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Rhoda Msae Borck, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Rhoda Msae Borck only.
