NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th September, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB 66, in Volume B-13, Folio 2389/21686, File No. 1637, by our client, Murtaza Gulamali Zavery, of P.O. Box 87971–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, THE KENYA GAZETTE 14th February, 2025 formerly known as Murtadha Gulamali Zavery, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Murtadha Gulamali Zavery, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Murtaza Gulamali Zavery, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Murtaza Gulamali Zavery only.
