NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd October, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB 65, in Volume B-13, Folio 2389/21685, File No. 1637, by our client, Deen Sherdel, of P.O. Box 34028–80118, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Deenmohammed Abdulkarim Dino Haji, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Deenmohammed Abdulkarim Dino Haji, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Deen Sherdel, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Deen Sherdel only.
