NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of laws of Kenya, to the owner of the motor vehicles: KBP 570P, Subaru Forester; KBF 010E, Vista and KCZ 828Y, Axio, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles which are at Prime Auto Solutions Limited within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all accumulated storage charges together with costs of publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
