ACT

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of laws of Kenya, to the owners of KAW 215T, Mercedez Benz and KBX 538X, Nissan Xtrail, to take delivery of the same from the premises of Greypost Limited within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, failure to which the said motor vehicles shall be disposed of without further reference to the owners to defray storage charges and related charges/costs in accordance with the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act by public auction through Nairobi Channels Auctioneers.
