APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to the sections 2, 26 and 27 of the Mental Health Act and the regulation thereof. Take notice that this Court in Misc. Application No. E120 of 2024; appointed Joseph Kimaro Ndesandjo as manager and legal guardian of the estate and all affairs of Richard Maningo Ndesandjo. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in the respect entered within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice to the Kenya Gazette.
