THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joel Kipketer Nsango (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nandi Hills/Kosoiywo Block 1/671, situate in Nandi County, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kapsabet in Succession Cause No. E96 of 2023, has issued letters of administration in favour of Charles Kipkemboi Keter, and whereas all efforts have been made to recover the land title deed be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said transmission and issue land title deed to the said Charles Kipkemboi Keter, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joel Kipketer Nsango (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
