THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mary Wanjiru Kibe (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.4 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kajiado/Kaputiei-North/43041, situate in Kajiado County, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Ngong in the Succession Cause No. 24 of 2017, has issued a grant in favour of Daniel Kibe to be registred as administrator, and whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of a new land title deed and proceed with the registration in favour of the said registered administrator, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Mary Wanjiru Kibe (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
