REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nduse Mutua (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Ukia/Mukuyuni/402, situate in the district of Makueni, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Makueni in Succession Cause No. 33 of 2013, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Dominic Musyoka Nyamai, ), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Nduse Mutua (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, 14th February, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of R.L. 19 to Dominic Musyoka Nyamai, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nduse Mutua (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
