REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Flora Michere Mburuga alias Frola Michere Mburuga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 3.07 hectares or thereabout, known as Kabare/Nyangati/2857, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in the Court at Embu in Succession Cause No. 289 of 2012, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Sarabina Muthoni Gicira (ID/1214823), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of said administration letters to Sarabina Muthoni Gicira (ID/1214823), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Flora Michere Mburuga alias Frola Michere Mburuga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
