REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Githure Muhunyo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.25 hectares or thereabout, known as Kiine/Rukanga/1262, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Murang’a in Succession Cause No. 1054 of 2013, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Ernest Maina Githure (ID/0758294), of P.O. Box 335, Sagana, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of said administration letters to Ernest Maina Githure, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Githure Muhunyo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
