REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Maringa Kiara (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 12.8 acres or thereabout, known as Mutira/Kirimunge/337, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Baricho in Succession Cause No. 549 of 2016, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Nancy Wanjira Maringa (ID/3389617), of P.O. Box 6, Kagio, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of said administration letters to Nancy Wanjira Maringa (ID/3389617), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Maringa Kiara (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
