THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Korkor Semwo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Miti Mingi/Mbaruk Block 3/1180 (Baruk), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya ta Nakuru in Succession Cause No. 355 of 2018, has issued grant in favour of William Kiptaros Gorgor, and whereas the said Court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Korkor Semwo (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50 in the name William Kiptaros Gorgor, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Korkor Semwo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
