REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nyaga M’Raria (ID/0721733), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.55 hectare or thereabouts, each, situate in the district of Embu, registered under title Nos. Kagaari/Kanja/10960 and 10961, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green cards in respect thereof are lost/destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the green cards shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
