THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hirani Kanji Kirji (ID/24196864), of P.O. Box 20, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 5.8 hectares or thereabout, situate in Kericho County, known as Kericho/Kipkuror/47, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with reconstruction of the land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
