REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Alex Kapsalimban Chemtai (ID/0994684), of P.O. Box 4170–30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Eldoret Municipality Block 4/102, situate in Uasin Gishu County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts 14th February, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
