THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Said Bin Seif, of P.O. Box 81479–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 2 Malindi within Mambrui Township, situate in Malindi District, containing 201.0 acres or thereabout, registered as C.R. 7454, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file register in respect of the title has been lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, Dated the 14th February, 2025.
