THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abednego Kimolo Kiminza, of P.O. Box 59–90137, Kibwezi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land known as subdivision No. 4978/II/MN, situate within Mombasa in Mombasa District registered as C.R. 27520, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title in respect of the land register has been lost/destroyed and whereas the registered owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the file as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, Dated the 14th February, 2025.
