THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Saif Said Saif Al-Busaidy, of P.O. Box 81479–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 446 Mambrui, containing 844.1 acres or thereabout, situate in Malindi Municipality in the Kilifi District registered as Number LT. No. 34, Folio 26/7, File No. 3827, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, Dated the 14th February, 2025.
