REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Charles Onyiego, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 2.61 hectares or thereabout, known as Magarini/Baricho/Dakacha/1861, situate in Kilifi County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title deed in respect of the said parcel of land is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof I shall issue a new certificate of lease as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
