REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Balasi Mgalu Mweni, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 2.60 hectares or thereabout, known as Kilifi/Nyari Squatter/156, situate in Kilifi County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the title deed in respect of the parcel of land is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a provisional title as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
