REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hyvine Jepchirchir, of P.O. Box 95783–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0419 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 7980/II/MN, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 42076, by virtue a Court Order in Chief Magistrate’s Court at Mombasa Civil Suit No. 1020 of 2013 directing the land registrar to register Hyvine Jepchirchir as the purchesor, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, I intent to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act.
