GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11087

WHEREAS Jason Ngute Mbirika alias Jason Angute Mbirika (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.8 acres or thereabout, situate in the sub-county of Emuhaya, known as Bunyore/Ebusamia/1734, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Vihiga in Succession Cause No. E361 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Joy Edith Ayuma Akengo, and whereas the said Joy Edith Ayuma Akengo has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of Joy Edith Ayuma Akengo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jason Ngute Mbirika alias Jason Angute Mbirika (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
