NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 27th June, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 56, in Volume B-13, Folio 2338/21113, File No. 1637, by our client, Mary Jumwa Mwalungo, of P.O. Box 397–80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mary Jumwa Yongo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Jumwa Yongo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mary Jumwa Mwalungo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mary Jumwa Mwalungo only.
