NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 4th November, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 34, in Volume D1, Folio 365/3667, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Shamim Donatta Ayiecho Onyango Odera, of P.O. Box 1234–40100, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Donatta Ayiecho Onyango Tengo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Donatta Ayiecho Onyango Tengo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Shamim Donatta Ayiecho Onyango Odera, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Shamim Donatta Ayiecho Onyango Odera only.
