NOTICE is given pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya to the owner of the following motor vehicle Reg. No. KCA 222M S. Wagon Black, lying at Sunbelt Motors Storage Yard, Industrial Area, that the owner take delivery of the said vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication failure to which the same shall be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds therefore shall be used to defray the accrued custody and cost without any further reference to the owner.
