NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following an order by the Chief Magistrates Court at Makadara Law Courts, under misc. case No. E1705 of 2025 to the owners of the motorcycles, MD2A21B21DWB62669, Boxer Red; MD625AF43H1B43441, KMDL501X, TVS Red; MD24A-BZ8FWF78849, KMDS 187T, Boxer; LK1PCKL10J1102043, KMEV 051N, Ranger; MD2B37AY2KWJ56788, KMFE 0412, Boxer; LHJP01CA5B900402, KMCS 618V, Premier, all lying uncollected at Korogocho Police Station. Further notice is given that unless the items are collected within fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication, Autoland Auctioneers, Mombasa shall proceed to dispose of the said items by way of public auction on behalf of Korogocho Police Station, if they remain uncollected/unclaimed.
