COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that the preparation of the above Part Development Plan was completed on 4th November, 2025. The Development Plan relates to Land situated in Tot, Marakwet Eastn within Elgeyo/Marakwet County. A copy of the above Part Development Plan has been deposited for public inspection at the County Physical Planning Office, Iten. The copy is available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the above-mentioned Development Plan between 8.00 am and 5.00 am from Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above Development Plan may send such representation or objections in writing and to be received by County Physical Planning Office, P.O Box 220–30700, Iten within (60) days from date of publication of this notice and such representations or objections shall state the grounds on which it is made.
