THE MAKUENI COUNTY WATER ACT

APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 10 (7) of the Makueni County Water Act, 2020 and in conformity with rule 10 (1) of the Water Services Regulations, 2021, the Acting County Excutive Committee Member in charge of Water and Sanitation appoints the following persons appearing on the first column of the schedule to serve as Board of Directors of Wote Water and Sewerage Company Limited (WOWASCO), for a term of three (3) years, with effect from the dates indicated on the second column of the Schedule.
