THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Zacharia Ondiek Muga (deceased), of P.O. Box 222, Kendu Bay in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land known as S. Karachuonyo/Kamenya/1559, situate in Rachuonyo North Sub-County, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Oyugis, has issued grant in favour of (1) Ogutu Donald Muga and (2) Linet Atieno Otieno, and whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument and L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Ogutu Donald Muga and (2) Linet Atieno Otieno, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Zacharia Ondiek Muga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
