THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Nzioki Nyamu (deceased), is registered as proprietor
of all that piece of land containing 0.25 hectare or thereabouts, situate
in district of Kitui, known as Nzambani/Kyanika/2660, and whereas in
the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kitui in Succession Cause No. 84 of
2010, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of

confirmation of grant in favour of Katethya Nzioki, and whereas the
said Katethya Nzioki has executed land application to be registered as
proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 39, and whereas the said land title
deed issued earlier to the said Nzioki Nyamu (deceased), has been
reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of
thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has
been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the
production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration
of the said L.R.A. 39 and upon such registration the land title deed
issued earlier to the said Nzioki Nyamu (deceased), shall be deemed to
be cancelled and of no effect.
