THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Faith Kalekye Ilai (ID/13591574), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the Kajiado North District, known as Ngong/Ngong/9148, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to prove that the said land title deed was fraudulently acquired, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the said land title deed for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and revert the said piece of land to its rightful owner being Kariithi Murage Murimi (deceased), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Faith Kalekye Ilai (ID/13591574), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
