THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gatimu Mbire alias Gatimu Njagi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the county of Kirinyaga, known as Kirinyaga/Gathigiriri/234, containing 2.0 acres or thereabout, and whereas the Judge of Wang’uru Law Courts in Succession Cause No. E30 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Charles Kiragu Gatimu (ID/3408322), and whereas all efforts to recover the said land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Charles Kiragu Gatimu (ID/3408322), and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Gatimu Mbire alias Gatimu Njagi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
