THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jetruda Mugure Gathenya (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Nakuru, known as Kieseges/Nyamamithi Block 3/7 (Mumoi), and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. E904 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Paul Mugo Gathenya and (2) Bernard Wachira Gathenya, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Jetruda Mugure Gathenya (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission of L.R.A. 50 and issue land title deed to the said (1) Paul Mugo Gathenya and (2) Bernard Wachira Gathenya, and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Jetruda Mugure Gathenya (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
