THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(Cap. 300)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS (1) Harrison Karanja Ngotho (ID/7113279) and (2)
Peter Kimani Ngoto (ID/11099074), both are registered as proprietors
of all those pieces of land, known as Dagoretti Mutu-ini 1614 and
1615, situate in the county of Kiambu, and whereas the land registers
in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the
said land registers have failed, notice is given that after the expiration
of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the said land registers shall be
reconstructed provided that no objection have been received within
that period.
