REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Amatsi Investments Limited, of P.O. Box 26178– 005504, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Group V/508/14-Kilifi, situate in the Kilifi Town in the Kilifi District, registered under title No. C.F. 43995, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
